The information we collect is used solely to operate, maintain, and provide the features of our platform. This includes deploying your bots to our cloud infrastructure, managing your subscription, and providing technical support. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your Discord bot tokens are the most sensitive data we handle; they are encrypted before being saved and are never accessible in plain text to anyone, including our staff.

User-Generated Content & Public Display
When you create bots, scripts, or other content on our platform, that content may be displayed publicly on community pages, template galleries, or promotional materials as described in our Terms of Service (Section 3). We do not share your private account information (email, Discord tokens) alongside publicly displayed content. Only the bot name, description, and configuration details you choose to publish will be visible to others.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) your consent when you create an account; (b) contractual necessity to provide our services; and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your personal data (subject to our data retention obligations); (d) object to or restrict the processing of your data; (e) request a portable copy of your data; and (f) withdraw your consent at any time. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Upon account deletion: (a) your personal profile data will be removed within 30 days; (b) encrypted bot tokens are permanently deleted immediately; (c) backup copies may persist for up to 90 days; and (d) publicly shared content (community posts, templates) may remain on the platform under the content license in our Terms of Service. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
